This Toolkit, and its pilot process at country level, was developed and led by the UNICEF/UNDP/World Bank/WHO Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases (TDR), under the technical coordination of Mariam Otmani del Barrio (TDR Scientist), and overall guidance of John Reeder (TDR Director). Development of this first edition of the Toolkit was supported by TDR core contributions.
